I enjoy working with all ages starting at 5 years of age; however, children and teenagers under 18 must be accompanied by an authorized adult for the entire day of the workshop. This accompaniment is at no additional charge and you can think of it as a '2 for 1' regarding the workshop fee, and my attention & guidance can be directed at 1 or both individuals.
I do not teach 'traditional' methods, but rather I utilize my own creative visioning written & painting exercises, to allow all artists to 'go within' and develop their own unique style(s). If you are looking for a traditional teacher, I am not a match. However, if you are looking for a professional advanced Gallery artist to guide you into your, or your child's, own intuitive/spiritual process, then I am that artistic 'guide.' Usually several paintings are completed during the 1 day workshop up to 20 x 20 in size. If a specific size is desired, please let me know.
We can discuss whether you would enjoy an outdoor or indoor painting experience, as I paint frequently on Southern California beaches, at Mission San Juan Capistrano, or Nature trails primarily. I am flexible regarding location and with enough advanced notice can set up special outdoor painting or indoor experiences at a particular scenic or special location.
